Software

We use a wide variety of software that require us to store pupils’ usernames and their work. Children’s work created with these tools are completely private and will not be shared beyond the programme.

Details of software that require children's personal details:

Google Suite - docs, sheets, slides, classroom. Allows children to work on Chromebook laptops Child’s full name and Intake year Any work produced by the child in the suite.
Class Dojo - behaviour management website  Child’s first name and year group  Points collected or deducted by child.
Seesaw - Evidence collecting tool that allows parents to privately view their child’s work. Child’s first name and year group  Any work produced or posted by the child on the programme, including photographs and videos.
Teach my Monster to Read - games aimed at improving reading. Child’s first name and year group  Scores and levels the child achieves on the games.
TT Rock Star - games and competitions aimed at improving times table recall.  Child’s full name (only teachers can see child's full name, all others users can only see the child's made up username) and year group  Scores and levels the child achieves on the games.
Prodigy- games and competitions aimed at improving Mathematical problem solving and reasoning. Child’s full name (only teachers can see child's full name, all others users can only see the child's made up username) and year group Scores and levels the child achieves on the games.
Kodable - games and competitions aimed at improving coding skills.  Child’s first name and year group Scores and levels the child achieves on the games.
