What a way to celebrate the end of SATs week! 🎉

Our Year 6 children finally enjoyed the much-anticipated Chippy Friday they’ve been looking forward to all year 🍟 and relaxed with a well-earned viewing of Holes after finishing the book in class.

We are so incredibly proud of how hard they’ve worked, their resilience, and the positive attitude they’ve shown throughout the week. They truly deserve this celebration – well done, Year 6! ⭐👏

🧪 This afternoon, Year 5 became scientists once again as they carried out another exciting experiment all about separating mixtures! The children explored different techniques to separate solids and liquids, carefully testing which methods were the most effective for each type of mixture. From filtering to sieving, everyone worked brilliantly to investigate, observe and record their results like true scientists! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬 #Year5Science #SeparatingMixtures #HandsOnLearning #FutureScientists #PrimaryScience

Today we welcomed Bright Bites into school to teach us all about the importance of good oral hygiene! 🦷✨

The children learnt how to keep their teeth healthy by brushing twice a day using circular motions and discussed how a healthy diet can help protect our teeth and gums.

To top it all off, every child received an informative booklet along with their very own toothbrush and toothpaste to help continue their healthy habits at home! 😁🪥

A huge thank you to Mrs Frazer’s daughter, Millie, for leading such a fantastic dance after school club this half term! 💃✨

The children worked incredibly hard to learn new dance techniques and showed amazing determination and enthusiasm every week. Their final routine was absolutely brilliant and we are so proud of all their hard work and confidence. Well done everyone! 👏⭐

Today, Year 5 took part in a litter pick to help keep our local environment clean! 🌍🧤 In English and Reading, we have been learning all about pollution and the impact it can have on our world, so we wanted to play our part in making a difference. The children worked brilliantly together and showed fantastic teamwork and responsibility. After all of our hard work, we even enjoyed some time playing in the park! 🌿♻️😊 a big thank you to Sue from the Warrington Litter Picking group for your help with equipment!
